Gavin Quinn

Advisor

Gavin Quinn is a security strategist, cybersecurity leader, and former U.S. Army Special Forces operator with more than a decade of experience spanning defence, intelligence, enterprise security, and technology strategy. He most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at 360 Privacy, where he helped shape the company's strategic direction and security offerings.

During his military career, Gavin served with the 10th and 20th Special Forces Groups, leading technical functions involving communications, cybersecurity, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and technical targeting. He also advised international military partners on strategic planning, tactical operations, and intelligence integration.

In the private sector, Gavin has built and led cyber threat intelligence capabilities within a Fortune 100 enterprise and managed cybersecurity products and technical teams serving government and commercial customers. His experience includes threat intelligence, security operations, information assurance, product strategy, and the development of technology-driven security solutions.

Gavin holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Auburn University. He also holds several industry certifications, including GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence, Certified Information Systems Auditor, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, and Security+.

He is currently the founder of Kestrel Strategic and is focused on helping develop the next generation of defence and security platforms.

Bhavesh Patel

Bhavesh Patel is a global security executive and strategic advisor with more than three decades of leadership experience across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout his career, he built and led enterprise security programs designed to protect people, operations, information, products, and critical business assets across complex global organizations.

His experience spans physical security, cybersecurity convergence, product and supply chain security, executive protection, business continuity, crisis management, and global security operations. Bhavesh was an early leader in the convergence of physical and cybersecurity and helped establish one of the industry's first integrated Global Security Operations Centers (GSOC), creating greater enterprise-wide visibility into threats, risk, and operational response.

He has also led security strategy, assessment, and integration activities across more than 50 mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His work included evaluating security and operational risks, protecting business continuity during transitions, and developing scalable security models to support rapidly changing organizations.

Throughout his career, Bhavesh has worked closely with executive leadership, government agencies, law enforcement, technology providers, and industry organizations. He has also played an active role in helping security technology manufacturers better understand enterprise customer requirements and translate real-world operational needs into product and service improvements.

As a Senior Advisor, Bhavesh brings the perspective of both an enterprise security leader and an end-user advocate. He advises organizations on security strategy, technology, product direction, enterprise customer needs, operational scalability, and the role security can play in enabling business growth.
